Anxiety Therapy
When your mind will not slow down and your body stays braced for something that may never come, everyday life gets exhausting.
Living on high alert
Anxiety can look like a racing mind, a tight chest, trouble sleeping, or a constant low hum of worry you can never quite put down. It can show up as overthinking, avoidance, or the sense that you always have to stay one step ahead of some vague disaster.
It is tiring to carry, and it is more common than you might think. It also tends to make a lot of sense once we understand what it is trying to protect.
Finding steadier ground
Together we get curious about your anxiety rather than at war with it. We look at what it is responding to, the patterns it follows, and the beliefs underneath it. From there, you begin to build a different relationship with uncertainty, one where you are no longer bracing every moment.
Much of anxiety lives at the edge of the questions we most want to avoid, about control, freedom, and what it means to live fully in a world we cannot predict. Facing those questions honestly, with someone alongside you, is often where the deepest relief begins.
