Therapy for Life Transitions
A new job, a move, a breakup, becoming a parent, an ending you did not choose. Even change you wanted can leave you unsteady.
The space between
Transitions ask us to let go of who we were before we fully know who we are becoming. That in-between place can feel disorienting, even when the change is a good one. It is normal to feel grief, excitement, fear, and relief all at once.
You do not have to have it figured out. Not knowing is part of the passage, not a failure to move through it correctly.
Making meaning of the change
In our work, we give the transition room to be what it is. We look at what you are leaving behind, what you are stepping toward, and what this moment is asking of you. Rather than rushing you to the other side, I help you stay present to it.
Every threshold is also an invitation to ask who you want to be next. My existential approach treats these moments not as problems to survive but as openings, chances to live more deliberately and more like yourself.
